Jakarta - PT Duta Anggada Realty Tbk (DART) offers a coupon of 11.5% continuous bond II phase II in 2021 with a tenor of 370 months.

According to a brief prospectus published on Wednesday (15/9) in phase II, the company offered bonds amounting to Rp92 billion, which is part of the program for sustainable bonds II with a target of obtaining funds of Rp300 billion.

The company will use proceeds from the corporate action to support the company's business activities.

The issuance of these bonds and sukuk ijarah has obtained a rating from the Indonesian Credit Rating, namely 'BBB.'

The company appointed PT Shinhan Sekuritas Indonesia as the underwriter, and the trustees were BPD Jabar and Banten Tbk.

The issuance schedule is the effective date on February 1, 2021, offering period September 15-16, allotment September 17, electronic bond distribution on September 17, and listing on the IDX on September 22, 2021.
