Palma Serasih Sees Sales to Increase in 2nd Semester


The plantation company PT Palma Serasih Tbk (PSGO) is optimistic that sales in the second half of 2021 will grow in line with the operation of new factories and the strengthening of palm oil commodity prices.

"The plan to fully operate the second Palm Oil Mill (PKS) in early August 2021 will provide a positive catalyst for the company to achieve this year's production target," the company said in a statement released on Thursday (5/8).

PSGO recorded an increase in sales growth in the first half of 2021 by 36.39% year on year (YoY) to Rp 647.63 billion as of June 2021 from Rp 474.82 billion as of June 2020.

The most significant revenue contribution came from the sale of palm oil (CPO) worth Rp584.96 billion as of June 2021, an increase from Rp437.03 billion as of June 2020.
