Jakarta - PT Dharma Satya Nusantara Tbk (DSNG) obtained a loan facility from PT Bank Mandiri Tbk amounting to Rp142.943 billion.

This loan facility will be given to five partnership cooperatives of Dharma Satya business entities. The details are the Lai Sejahtera Cooperative, the Cahaya Miau Producers Cooperative Bersatu, the Piak Makmur Sejahtera Producer Cooperative, the Sam Karya Bersama Marketing Cooperative, and the Seleg Sejahtera Bersama Multipurpose Business Cooperative.

The loan has a tenor of 5 years and is a refinancing of the development of a sustainable community oil palm plantation in Muara Wahau, East Kalimantan.

"With this loan facility, it will provide benefits in maintaining the continuity of supply of fresh fruit bunches to the company," said DSNG Corporate Secretary Paulina Suryanti in the IDX information disclosure on Friday (8/10).
