BVIC Fulfills Rp3 Trillion Core Capital Requirement


Jakarta - PT Bank Victoria International Tbk (BVIC) has fulfilled a minimum core capital requirement of Rp3 trillion in accordance with the provisions of the Financial Services Authority Regulations for Commercial Bank Consolidation.

BVIC President Director Achmad Friscantono said the fulfillment of this minimum core capital was in connection with the completion of the transfer of PT Bank Victoria Syariah (BVIS) shares belonging to the company to PT Victoria Investama Tbk (VICO) on December 23, 2022.

The company completed the transfer of these shares after obtaining approval from OJK on December 22, 2022.

"Thus, this takeover has a positive impact on increasing Bank Victoria's core capital of Rp360 billion," he said in an information disclosure on Wednesday (12/28).

Additionally, in October 2022, Bank Victoria received a capital injection of Rp200 billion, which was recorded in its core capital in November 2022.
