Jakarta - The SOE Minister and the President Director of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk, as shareholders, have reshuffled the board of directors and commissioners of PT Pegadaian.

Damar Latri Setiawan was appointed to replace Kuswiyoto, who previously held the position of President Director of Pegadaian for the 2019–2022 period. Meanwhile, Eka Pebriansyah replaced the position of Director of Network, Operations, and Sales, left by Damar.

Meanwhile, Elvi Rofiqotul Hidayah has served as Director of Marketing and Product Development, replacing Harianto Widodo, who has ended his term of office.

The change in the composition of the Pegadaian board of directors is stated in the Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises and the President Director of the Company (Persero) PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk. As the Shareholders of PT Pegadaian Number: SK-104/MBU/04/2022 dated April 25, 2022, and Number: 0013-DIR/HCB/04/2022 dated April 25, 2022.
