PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk (DSSA) plans to liquidate three indirect entities: Newspring Coal Resources Pte Ltd, Great Horizon Capital Pte Ltd, and Great Horizon Consulting Pte Ltd.

"On June 15, 2021, the company received a notification of deregistration from Singapore's Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) regarding the company's request for the closure of an indirect subsidiary," said DSSA Corporate Secretary Susan Chandra in information disclosure on the IDX on Thursday (17/6).

She emphasized that the closure of this indirect subsidiary did not significantly impact the company's financial condition.
