The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) of PT Diagnos Laboratorium Utama Tbk (DGNS) approved the distribution of dividends for the 2020 fiscal year to shareholders of Rp. 4.8 per share or a total of Rp6 billion.

Corporate secretary Diagnostics Main Laboratory Fanfan Riksani said the dividend distribution was equivalent to 11.39% of the 2020 net profit.

"Cum dividends in the regular and negotiated markets will fall on August 5, 2021 and in the cash market it will fall on August 10, 2021 and dividend payments will fall on August 27, 2021," he said in his statement on Thursday (29/7).

In addition, RPUST also approved the company's financial performance report throughout 2020, where Diagnostic Laboratory's net profit rose 468% compared to 2019 to Rp52 billion.

"During the COVID-19 pandemic, the company was able to increase revenue through collaboration with many companies and health facilities," he said.
