PT Dharma Satya Nusantara Tbk (DSNG) posted a 21% increase in net profit to Rp99.3 billion in the first quarter of 2021, supported by growth in the selling price of crude palm oil (CPO) and the wood processing segment.

The increase in net profit is in line with sales growth of 3% to Rp1.64 trillion in the first quarter of 2021, compared to the same period last year of Rp1.58 trillion.

President Director of Dharma Satya Nusantara Andrianto Oetomo said the increase in sales was supported by the palm oil business segment with a contribution of 83% or equivalent to Rp1.35 trillion. Meanwhile, the wood product business segment contributed the remaining 17%.
