Jakarta - PT Delta Wibawa Bersama (DWB) bought 266,793 million shares of PT Lima Dua Lima Tiga Tbk (LUCY), or equivalent to 25.78%.

The shares taken over belong to Felly Imransyah. The purchase price is Rp107 per share, so the total purchase price is around Rp28.546 billion.

"The purpose of the takeover is investment," said DWB President Director Irianto through information disclosure on Monday (4/25).

With the acquisition of the shares, DWB became the company's shareholder, with ownership increasing to 342.281 million shares, or 33.07% of the issued and paid-up capital of the company.

DWB is a company engaged in the real estate sector, owned or leased.
