Delta Dunia Plans to Pay US$350 Million Bond on Mar 31


The business entity PT Delta Dunia Tbk (DOID), PT Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama (BUMA), plans to pay off the entire amount owed from 2022 bonds worth US$350 million on March 31, 2021.

The Managing Director of DOID, Hagianto Kumala said in the IDX disclosure on Thursday (4/3). This 2022 debt note has a coupon of 7.75% per year, which will mature in 2022.

BUMA has submitted a request for approval to debt securities holders in 2022 to amend the terms and conditions in the 2022 notes and provide incentives to 2022 debt security holders who agree to changes to these provisions.

On February 8, 2021, BUMA has received approval for the 2022 debt securities holders' request.

On February 10, 2021, the signing of a second supplemental indenture between BUMA and Bank of New York Mellon as the trustee.

Then, on February 24, 2021, the deadline for responding to requests for approval for debt securities holders in 2022 has ended. On March 1, 2021, various settlement requirements on consent solicitation have been fulfilled end the consent solicitation ends.
