PT Delta Djakarta Tbk (DLTA) posted a decrease in net sales of around 33.94% to Rp546.336 billion in 2020 compared to the previous year, which reached Rp827.136 billion.

Based on the company's financial reports published on Wednesday (31/3), the low sales achievement triggered a 60.98% decline in net profit attributable to the parent company owners to Rp124.03 billion from Rp317.89 billion.

Another trigger was that the company had to bear other losses of up to Rp3.07 billion during the past year. The previous year earned Rp2.35 trillion in miscellaneous profits.

Nevertheless, the company managed to reduce the cost of goods sold by around 22.25%, to Rp179.15 billion from Rp230.44 billion.

Until the period ending 2020, the company's total assets reached Rp1.22 trillion, with year-end cash and cash equivalents of around Rp697.22 billion.
