PT Darma Henwa Tbk (DEWA) acquired 99.90% shares of PT Sabina Mahardika (SM), the company said in the company disclosure submitted to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on Friday (5/1). 

"Through the acquisition of Sabrina Mahardika, Darma Henwa will have  indirectly a potential gold and mineral mining project in Aceh Province. This acquisition is carried out as part of our plan for expansion through diversifying business, ”said DEWA Corporate Secretary, Muksin Arif Rosyidi, said.

He said the acquisition will increase the added value of the company in the future.
