First Semester, Intiland Reverses to Rp23.14 Billion Loss vs Profit Year Ago


Jakarta - PT Intiland Development Tbk (DILD) reversed to losses for the year attributable to owners of the parent entity in the first semester of 2021 of Rp23.137 billion after the same period last year, earning a profit of Rp89.704 billion.

According to the financial report published on Thursday (2/9), the high net other expenses of around 8.20% to Rp337.329 billion from Rp311.757 billion caused this loss.

The lower foreign exchange gain of around 53.41% to Rp809.255 million from Rp1.737 billion triggered the increase in other expenses.

In addition, interest income decreased by 36.48% to Rp17,035 billion from Rp26,822 billion. Interest expense also increased by around 3.17% to Rp200,153 billion from Rp194,003 billion.

Intiland also had to bear the decline in operating revenues of around 25.96% to Rp1.118 trillion from Rp1.510 trillion.

However, Intiland managed to increase the profit on the sale of fixed assets more than four times,
