Jakarta - PT Danareksa announced that the SOE Construction Performance acceleration program includes as many as 87 properties belonging to six state-owned construction companies thru the monetization of property inventories.

In the official publication of Danareksa on Thursday (3/2), the property supplies offered in this sales program are in the form of landbanks, apartments, landed houses, retail commercials, and others spread throughout Indonesia, especially in Java Island.

These 87 properties cover  ​​approximately 1,900 hectares, some of which are grouped into several packages.

Danareksa invites prospective buyers to attend the investor gathering, which will take place on Thursday (10/2) at 09.00-12.00 WIB at the CIMB Niaga Financial Club, South Jakarta.

Prospective buyers who are interested in the sales program will follow four stages: administration and registration (February 3–March 24, 2022), submission of a prospective
