Ashmore Manages Rp39.65 Trillion Funds in 2021


Jakarta - PT Ashmore Asset Management Indonesia Tbk (AMOR) throughout 2021 recorded an increase in total managed funds by around 2% to Rp39.65 trillion.

"Cash inflows of Rp2.8 trillion and positive investment performance of Rp500 billion drove the growth," said Ashmore President Director Ronaldus Gandahusada in a statement in Jakarta on Monday (17/1).

He explained that the stock investment theme, in particular, experienced strong inflows of funds while growth in other products such as money market mutual funds benefited from the strategic collaboration with Bukalapak.

Indonesia's stock and bond markets posted a good performance in the last quarter of 2021.
