Waskita Karya Grandchildren Restructures Rp8.24 Trillion Syndicated Loans


Two grandchildren of PT Waskita Karya Tbk (WSKT), PT Waskita Bumi Wira (WBW), and PT Kresna Kusuma Dyandra Marga (KKDM), signed a syndicated loan restructuring worth a total of Rp8.24 trillion.

Waskita Karya Senior Vice President Corporate Secretary Ratna Ningrum said the signing of the syndicated loan restructuring was carried out on June 25, 2021. WBW restructured loans from 18 creditors worth Rp4.74 trillion.

"One of the points in the relaxation of WBW loans for tranche 1A and tranche 1B facilities, namely the quarterly interest rate of 3% starting from April 25, 2021 to March 25, 2022. The interest rate of 3% is subject to reviewable conditions and will be reviewed after the completion of the restructuring in holding company level," in his statement in Jakarta on Wednesday (30/6).

Meanwhile, KKDM has signed a syndicated loan restructuring worth Rp3.49 trillion. The syndication came from three creditors, namely PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk,
