The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) of PT Cita Mineral Investindo Tbk (CITA) decided to pay cash dividends of Rp360.39 billion for the 2020 financial year.

Director of Cita Mineral Investindo Yusak Lumba Pardede said, in line with the positive performance record amidst business challenges due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the company decided to distribute Rp360.39 billion as dividends, or around 55% of the company's total profit in 2020.

In 2020, CITA managed to book revenue of Rp4.34 trillion, an increase of 11.55 percent compared to 2019's acquisition of Rp3.89 trillion. Meanwhile, net profit slightly decreased by 1.19 percent to Rp649.92 billion compared to 2019's net profit of Rp657.78 billion.

"At this year's AGMS, management has received approval to distribute dividends from the 2020 net profit of .Rp91 per share," said Yusak at a public expose on Wednesday (21/4).
