Ciputra Development Bages Rp3.56 Trillion of Marketing Sales in First Semester


Jakarta - Marketing sales of PT Ciputra Development Tbk (CTRA) until the first semester of 2021 reached Rp3.56 trillion or 61% of the target set at Rp5.87 trillion by the end of this year.

"The achievement of marketing sales in the first semester of 2021 has increased by 77% compared to the same period last year. This achievement is supported by the VAT stimulus borne by the government since March," said Ciputra Development President Director Candra Ciputra at the Public Expose (PubEx) Live 2021 event in Jakarta on Friday (10/9).

According to Candra, this marketing sales achievement came from sales of houses and land of Rp2.81 trillion, shop houses of Rp302 billion, apartments of Rp412 billion, and offices of Rp40 billion.
