PT Ciptadana Asset Management announced canceling the sale of the Ciptadana Hospitality Property Real Estate Investment Fund (REIT) product. 

President Director of Ciptadana Rianty Komarudin said the cancellation of the sale was due to the lack of serious interested parties to negotiate the price. Even though the company had been processing selling REIT assets through colleagues and several property brokers and hotel occupancy, including MICE (Meeting, Incentive, Convention, Exhibition) activities on REIT assets, the cancellation decision began to increase.

"In connection with this, we inform you that the investment manager will limit the sale of REIT assets and continue the listing of the Directorate of Ciptadana Hospitality Property in Padjadjaran on the IDX," he said in information disclosure on the IDX on Tuesday (8/6).
