Cikarang Listrindo Plans to Sell US$600 Million Bonds


PT Cikarang Listrindo Tbk (POWR) plans to issue debt securities with a principal of US$600 million.

The brief prospectus published Friday (9/70) explained that the purpose of the transaction plan is to increase the company's liquidity and support its financing needs. The coupon for this new bond is a maximum of 5.75%.

Meanwhile, the company will use the funds obtained to pay off part or all 2026 notes, including interest and other costs.

The 2026 note bears a fixed interest rate of 4.95% payable twice a year on March 14 and September 14 annually and matures on September 14, 2026.

Listrindo Capital BV, the company's subsidiary which issued the 2026 debt securities, has transferred all its rights and obligations on the 2026 debt securities to the parent on September 25, 2026.
