PT Chandra Asri Petrochemical Tbk (TPIA) has completed a global bond buyback tender offer of US$900,000 on June 3, 2021.

"The company has successfully purchased the principal of the notes amounting to US$900,000, with a total settlement amount of US$925,366," said GM of Legal and Corporate Secretary TPIA Erri Dewi Riani in a written statement on Friday (4/6).

After the tender offer is completed, the company's total remaining liabilities based on debt securities are US$243,330,000. This note has a coupon of 4.95% and matures in 2024.

Meanwhile, the target of the principal value of this tender offer is a maximum of US$75 million of the principal amount owed on senior unsecured debt securities of US$300 million.
