Jakarta - PT Caraka Reksa Optima owns about 89.80%, or 905.70 million shares of PT Petrosea Tbk (PTRO).

President Director of Caraka Haji Romo Nitiyudo Wachjo said the company plans to make a mandatory tender offer of 287.65 million Petrosea shares, equivalent to 28.5% of the total issued shares in the company.

"However, the number of shares that are eligible to be purchased from participating shareholders is 201.69 million shares,"  the company an information disclosure in Jakarta on Thursday (9/29).

The mandatory tender offer period by Caraka Reksa ends on September 23, 2022.

Thus, the composition of Petrosea's shareholders is Caraka Reksa with 89.80% and the public with 10.20%.
