Jakarta - The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) of PT Campina Ice Cream Industry Tbk (CAMP) approved the distribution of cash dividends for the 2020 financial year of Rp7 per share Rp41.19 billion.

Based on the company's information disclosure submitted to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on Wednesday (18/8), Campina will allocate the remaining Rp2.85 billion of net profit for the 2020 financial year as a reserve fund.

The company will distribute cash dividends to shareholders recorded in the Company's Register of Shareholders on August 25, 2021 (recording date) and to shareholders whose names are registered in the securities sub-accounts at the Indonesian Central Securities Depository KSEI at the close of trading on August 25, 2021.
