The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) of PT Buyung Poetra Sembada Tbk (HOKI) approved the distribution of cash dividends for the 2020 financial year to shareholders totaling Rp9.67 billion.

Director of HOKI Budiman Susilo said the cash dividend distribution was about 26% of comprehensive profit in 2020, which was recorded at Rp37.44 billion.

"In the midst of the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are grateful that we can continue to carry out HOKI's commitment in distributing dividends as an appreciation to shareholders," he said in Jakarta on Thursday (8/7).
