Jakarta - The Indonesia Stock Exchange has suspended trading shares of PT Sumber Mas Konstruksi Tbk (SMKM) since the first trading session on Monday, October 24, 2022.

"This suspension is related to a significant increase in the cumulative price of SMKM shares in the context of cooling down," said IDX Transaction Supervision Division Head Lidia M Panjaitan in an information disclosure today.

The IDX suspended trading in SMKM shares in both the regular and cash markets to allow market participants adequate time to carefully consider each investment decision in the company's shares based on the information available.

She appealed to interested parties to always pay attention to the disclosure of information submitted by the company.
