The Indonesia Stock Exchange temporarily suspended trading of shares of PT Bank Ina Perdana Tbk (BINA) and PT Fortune Mate Indonesia Tbk (FMII) on Thursday (1/7).

This suspension was carried out in connection with a significant cumulative price increase in Bank Ina and Fortune Mate shares, so they needed cooling down.

This suspension was in the regular market and the cash market to provide adequate time for market participants to carefully consider the information available in each of their investment decisions in the two securities companies.

"Stakeholders are expected to always pay attention to the disclosure of information submitted by the company," said the Head of the IDX Transaction Supervision Division, Lidia M Panjaitan, in an official publication, Thursday (1/7).
