Jakarta - PT Bursa Indonesia issued a written warning to PT Kiwoom Sekuritas Indonesia.

"This sanction is based on the results of stock exchange monitoring that it is known that the company does not meet the completeness of the 2021 audited annual financial report," said IDX Director Laksono W Widodo through information disclosure on Monday, (6/13).

According to him, companies must report their annual financial statements under Exchange Rules number III-D concerning the Reporting of Stock Exchange Members.
