IDX May Delist WSBP, KPAS Shares


Jakarta - The Indonesia Stock Exchange reminded market participants of the potential for delisting PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk (WSBP) and PT Cottonindo Ariesta Tbk (KPAS) shares.

Based on information disclosed on Thursday (8/25), this potential delisting is under provision III.3.1.2 Shares of the Listed Company resulting from suspension in the regular and cash markets have only been traded in the negotiated market for at least the last 24 months.

Meanwhile, the suspension period for WSBP has reached six and will reach 24 months on January 31, 2024, while KPAS has been for 24 months on August 24, 2022.

The shareholders of WSBP are PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk with as much as 60%, the public with 33%, and treasury shares with 7%.

Meanwhile, the shareholders of KPAS are Marting Djapar, as much as 27.99%, Jeanny Ariestina Halim, 15.03%, Hendry Ligiono, 8.52%, Stella, 6.51%, Albert Yan Katili, 6.51%, and public, 35.45%.
