IDX Sanctions 35 Companies on Failing to Submit Financial Reports


Jakarta - The Indonesia Stock Exchange has imposed sanctions on 35 listed companies for not submitting interim financial reports ending on June 30, 2021.

Of the 35 listed companies, as many as 31 as of October 30, 2021, have not submitted interim financial reports ending June 30, 2021, and have not fulfilled the obligation to pay a fine of Rp150 million due being subject to written warning III.

These listed companies are ARMY, BUVA, COWL, CPRI, DUCK, ELTY, ENVY, ETWA, FORZ, GOLL, GTBO, HOME, Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia, KPAL, KRAH, MABA, MAMI, MTRA, MYRX, NIPS, NUSA, PLAS, RIMO, SIMA, SKYB, SRIL, SUGI, TDMP, TELE, TRAM, and UNIT.

In addition, there are four listed companies until November 1, 2021, that have not submitted interim financial reports ending as of June 30, 2021, which are audited by public accountants and are subject to the written warning I. They are ABBA, ARTI, FIMP, and MGNA.
