Jakarta - PT Bundamedik Tbk (BMHS) took over the shares in PT Jolin Sapta Medika (JSM) from the company's affiliate with a transaction value of Rp43.90 billion.

JSM is the owner of Citra Harapan Indah Hospital, located in Bekasi, West Java.

"This transaction aims to strengthen the company's health service ecosystem more comprehensively and has the potential to positively impact Bundamedik's performance and finances, as well as strengthen business continuity," said BMHS President Director Mesha Rizal Sini during an information disclosure in Jakarta on Wednesday (30/3).

Furthermore, the takeover was also in the form of purchasing assets in the form of three parcels of land and buildings belonging to JSM by PT Bunda Graha Properti as the company's affiliate. The value of this asset purchase transaction reached Rp123.4 billion.
