Jakarta - PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE) targets this year's pre-sales of Rp 7 trillion.

Corporate Secretary of PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk Christy Grassella said the company would record this pre-sale in its financial statement income after meeting the requirements for products from BSDE to buyers.

"We are optimistic that pre-sales of Rp7 trillion can be achieved this year. The biggest contribution from pre-sales from landed houses and house sales is the focus of the company," she said at the 2021 live public presentation on Tuesday (7/9).
