PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE) has confirmed that it has paid off US$300 million of global bonds.

Through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Global Prime Capital Pte. Ltd., Bumi Serpong Damai Director Hermawan Wijaya said the company had paid US$300 million of senior notes. With an estimated exchange rate of Rp14,500 per US dollar, the global bonds are equivalent to Rp4.3 trillion.

"The global bonds mature on April 26, 2021 with an interest rate of 7.25 %. The settlement has been made on April 26, 2021, "he said in a report to the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

After making the settlement, there are no more outstanding 2021 Senior Notes. The Global Senior Notes 2021 certificate has been canceled and destroyed.

Meanwhile, Bumi Serpong Damai posted pre-sales or marketing sales revenue of Rp2.5 trillion during the first quarter of 2021.
