Jakarta - PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE) announced that Global Prime Capital Pte Ltd had completed a tender offer for senior bonds denominated in United States dollars with an aggregate principal amount of US$69.381 million on June 29, 2022.

The principal amount of the notes was US$270 million. This note bears 5.50% interest and matures in 2023.

"The purchase price is US$1,000 per US$1,000 of the principal amount of the 2023 notes plus the outstanding interest that has not been paid," said Director Hermawan Wijaya in information disclosure on Friday (1/7).

According to Hermawan, the company carried out the tender offer by buying back part or all of the senior bonds.

After the completion of the tender offer, the remaining aggregate principal amount of US$200,619 million of the principal value of the 2023 notes will continue until the maturity date.
