PT Bumi Resources Minerals Tbk (BRMS) posted growth in profit for the year attributable to parent company owners throughout 2020 of around 207.86% to US$3.953 million compared to the previous year of only US$1.284 million.

Based on the financial report published on Friday (30/4), the positive profit performance was boosted by the increase in revenue more than doubled or from US$4.460 million to US$8.343 million.

"About 54% (US$4,477,039) of revenue throughout 2020 came from the sale of gold produced by BRMS' subsidiary, PT Citra Palu Minerals in Poboya, Palu, Sulawesi. The rest is income from mining advisory services," said the President Director of BRMS, Suseno Kramadibrata, in a press release, on Friday (30/4).

According to him, the portion of the income from gold production showed rapid progress from previous periods.
