Jakarta - PT Bumi Resources Tbk (BUMI) until January-September 2021 recorded a profit for the current period attributable to owners of US$63.7 million compared to the same period the previous year, a loss of US$137.25 million.

The financial report released on Wednesday (1/12) showed that the profit was supported by an increase in revenue of around 13.31% to US$666.18 million from US$587.88 million.

In addition, BUMI managed to reduce the cost of revenue by 7.27% from US$553.03 million to US$512.78 million.

The company also received a share in the net income of associates and joint ventures of US$179.91 million, an increase of 337.09% from US$41.16 million.

Until the period ending September 2021, the company's assets reached US$3.70 billion with liabilities of US$3.42 billion and equity of US$280.17 million.
