Jakarta - PT Bumi Resources Tbk (BUMI) announced that it processed the 18th payment of US$118.3 million through a facility agent on July 12, 2022.

"This payment represents a principal loan of US$115.3 million and an interest of US$3.0 million for Tranche A. This includes US$20 million received from Arutmin," said BUMI Director Dileep Srivastava in a press release Wednesday (13/7).

With the 18th quarterly payment on Tuesday (12/7), BUMI has now paid a total of US$731.3 million in cash, consisting of principal tranche A of US$557.1 million and interest of US$174.2 million, including accrued interest and unpaid interest (back interest).

All tranche A payments are expected to be finalized in October 2022, at the same time as tranche B payments begin.

"The PIK coupons from April 11 2018 to July 12 2022 for tranches B and C have also been capitalized," he said.
