Jakarta – PT Bumi Resources Tbk (BUMI) announced that it made its 17th payment of US$67.8 million through a facility agent on April 11, 2022.

"This payment represents a principal loan of US$63.6 million, and interest of US$4.2 million for Tranche A," BUMI Director and Corporate Secretary Dileep Srivastava said on Tuesday (4/12).

With this 17th quarterly payment, BUMI has now paid a total of US$613 million in cash, consisting of Tranche A principal of US$441.8 million and interest of US$171.2 million, including accrued interest and unpaid interest (back interest).

The next payment for Tranche A will be due in July 2022.

PIK coupons from April 11, 2018, to April 11, 2022, for Tranche B and C have also started to be capitalized.
