Delta Dunia Makmur Unit Obtains US$350 Million Loan Facility from Bank Mandiri


PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID) announced that PT Bukit Mandiri Utama (BUMA) has signed a loan facility with PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk worth a total of US$350 million.

"This loan has an interest rate of Libor + 3% per year," said DOID Corporate Secretary Olga Oktavia in the IDX information disclosure in Jakarta on Tuesday (6/7).

According to Olga, the company will use the credit facility from Bank Mandiri to support the successful implementation of this significant new volume.

"This facility provides more space and flexibility so that BUMA can continue to explore and seize growth opportunities," she explained.

Furthermore, BUMA remains committed to optimizing the use of its assets and resources, managing its working capital and investments wisely, and ensuring a sustainable debt structure to generate good performance for stakeholders.

Meanwhile, BUMA has signed a development contract with PT Indonesia Pratama
