Jakarta - PT Bukit Asam Tbk (PTBA) and PT Jasa Marga Tbk are exploring the potential of solar power plant development on the Jasa Marga Group toll road.

Both companies marked the step by signing a memorandum of understanding on Wednesday (2/2) as a form of collaboration between SOEs to support the G20 Indonesia Presidency in 2022, focusing on reducing global carbon emissions.

As a result, the solar power plant construction will be carried out on the Bali Mandara toll road between PT Bukit Energi Investama (BEI) and PT Jasamarga Bali Tol (JBT). BEI will install one solar power plant with a maximum capacity of 400 kWp to support JBT's business activities and operations.
