Jakarta - PT Bukit Asam Tbk (PTBA) has transferred as many as 952.135 million treasury shares, resulting in the acquisition of funds amounting to Rp2.866 trillion.

The details of the transfer of treasury shares are on April 2, 2019, around 63.171 million shares, May 8, 2019, as many as 490.722 million shares, December 4, 2019, around 96,093 million shares, and September 21, 2021, around 303.148 million shares.

"The transfer of treasury shares will be carried out on September 22, 2021," said Corporate Secretary Apollonius Andwie through the IDX information disclosure on Thursday (23/9).

Acting as the buyers of the treasury shares were BNI Sekuritas, Bahana Sekuritas, and BRI Danareksa Sekuritas who bought PTBA's treasury shares.

These treasury shares came from shares from the buyback of PTBA shares from September 2, 2015, to December 1, 2015.
