PT Bukaka Teknik Utama Tbk (BUKK) absorbed 746 thousand new shares of PT Poso Energi Tiga Pomana with a nominal value of Rp1 million per share on June 30, 2021.

The construction and manufacturing issuer belonging to the Kalla Group poured funds of Rp746 billion in stages for the corporate action.

Based on his written statement, Monday (5/7), this capital contribution will provide added value because it can develop its business in the energy investment sector through Hydroelectric Power Plants (PLTA).

"In addition, this transaction will increase the company's profit which can create added value for shareholders," said the company's management.

Currently, the company holds an 18% stake in Poso Energi Tiga Pomana. Meanwhile, PT Hadji Kalla holds 66% of Poso Energi's shares.
