BSDE to Set Aside Rp1.35 Trillion as Reserve Fund


Jakarta - The General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) of PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE) agreed to set aside Rp1.35 trillion in retained earnings and Rp2 billion in a reserve fund.

According to Bumi Serpong Damai Director Hermawan Wijaya, this decision will increase the capital structure to develop property projects this year.

"In addition to risk mitigation, with the shareholder's decision, the company has solid capital fundamentals to guarantee funding and completion of managed property projects," he said in a statement on Friday (6/17).

BSDE currently has a Rp5.73 trillion real estate inventory, which includes ready-to-sell land and buildings as well as those under construction.

For inventories in the category of land and buildings that are ready to be sold until the end of March 2022, it is recorded at Rp3.21 trillion. The BSD City and The Element projects are listed as projects with the largest inventories, namely Rp2.01 tril
