Bumi Serpong Bags Marketing Sales of Rp4.5 Trillion in 2nd Quarter 2021


PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE), in the second quarter of 2021, managed to achieve marketing sales of Rp4.5 trillion.

Director of BSDE Hermawan Wijaya said this achievement was equivalent to a 56% growth compared to the same period last year, which was Rp2.9 trillion.

"This achievement is a positive signal for us, because we have managed to secure 65% of the annual pre-sales target set at Rp7 trillion at the beginning of this year," he said in a statement in Jakarta on Wednesday (21/7).

From pre-sales in the second quarter of this year, sales in the residential segment were recorded at Rp3 trillion or contributed 67% of the total achievement.

Sales of the residential segment were mainly contributed by existing development areas including Mozia, Greenwich, Vanya Park, Tabebuya, The Zora, Nava Park, Banjar Wijaya Park, Grand Wisata, and Kota Wisata. In addition, new clusters launched or opened are Myza (Flat House and Cozmo House) and
