Jakarta - PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk (BNBR) plans to make a Capital Increase Without Preemptive Rights or private placement by issuing 923.61 million series D shares.

Based on the company's disclosure of information released on Thursday (12/22), after the implementation of this corporate action, the company's total issued and paid-up capital increased to 22.08 billion shares from the previous 21.16 billion shares.

BNBR will issue new shares on December 22, 2022, and be recorded on December 23, 2022.
