The Residential Property Price Survey results of Bank Indonesia indicate that residential property prices grow in the second quarter of 2021.

BI recorded the Residential Property Price Index growth in the second quarter of 2021 at 1.49% (YoY), higher than the growth in the previous quarter of 1.35% (YoY).

"However, primary residential property prices are predicted to grow more limitedly in the third quarter of 2021 at 1.12% (yoy)," said BI Executive Director Erwin Haryono in a statement on Friday (13/8).

In terms of sales, survey results indicate that residential property sales in the primary market in the second quarter of 2021 experienced a decline. This is reflected in residential property sales, which contracted 10.01% (YoY) in the second quarter of 2021, down from 13.95% (YoY) in the previous quarter.

"The deeper decline in property sales was restrained by sales of medium-sized houses, which continued to grow positivel
