Bank Indonesia (BI) keeps its 2021 economic growth projection in the range of 4.1% to 5.1%.

"In the second quarter of 2021, the economy continued to improve as reflected in consumer expectations, consumer sales, and export and import realization. Economic growth in 2021 remains in line with projections in April 2021, namely in the range of 4.1% to 5.1%," he said. According to Perry, the improvement of the national economy will be supported by increased exports and investment from the demand side. Meanwhile, progress will occur on the business field side in the manufacturing, trade, and construction industry sectors.
