PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk (BFIN) will issue bonds worth Rp600 billion, which is part of BFI Finance Indonesia's V Sustainable Bonds.

In the prospectus submitted to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on Friday (23/4), it stated that the Continuous Bond V BFI Finance Indonesia Phase I Year 2021 with a principal amount of as much as Rp600 billion, will be divided into two, namely Series A and Series B.

However, the prospectus has not stated the value and coupon for each series.

"The bond interest is paid every 3 months from the date of issuance. The first payment of interest will be made on August 25, 2021," the BFI Finance bond prospectus quoted him as saying.

The last payment of interest and the due date is June 5, 2022, for Series A and May 25, 2024, for Series B.

The bond offering period is April 26 to May 5, 2021, with an estimated effective date of May 18, 2021. The public offering period is estimated to be May 20
