In 2020, PT Berkah Beton Sadaya Tbk (BEBS) posted sales of Rp110.70 billion, a surge of 649.78% compared to the same period the previous year, at Rp14.76 billion.

President Director of PT Berkah Beton Sadaya Tbk Hasan Muldhani said that the increase in BEBS sales was mainly driven by spurring material sales to Rp86.61 billion and increasing ready-mix sales by 68.70% to Rp9.32 billion.

"The company carries out various programs and strategies for effective marketing to maintain and increase revenue in the next period," he said in Jakarta on Tuesday (6/3).

Along with sales, operating profit increased by 8,600.61% from Rp308.66 million in 2019 to Rp26.85 billion in 2020.

"The increase in operating profit is higher than the increase in revenue and gross profit due to the efficiency of the company's expense ratio," he explained.

Meanwhile, the current year's net profit jumped 9,297.52% to Rp20.79 billion from the previous year's Rp221.23 million.

The increase in BEBS net profit for the current year, which reached 92 times, was due to increased operating income.

Hasan is optimistic that the increase in BEBS profits in a year will make the company even more successful in the stock market.

"BEBS shares are a bullish stock with a significant upward trend," he said.
