PT Berkah Beton Sadaya Tbk (BEBS) expanded its business and marketing reach by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on the transfer of cooperation contracts to manage stone mines and the sale and purchase of natural materials worth Rp900 billion.

BEBS signed an MoU on the transfer of a cooperation contract for the management of a rock mine with PT Sumber Sentosa Adikarya (SSA), which previously had a Coal Mine Management Operational Cooperation Agreement with CV Murind Persada. The location of the stone quarry and crusher machine is in Palu, Central Sulawesi.

Meanwhile, the contract for the sale and purchase of natural raw materials is carried out with PT Muara Badak Pratama. The signing of the Sale and Purchase includes the supply of split stone in East Kalimantan with a volume of 3,000,000 m3 or an average of 50,000 m3 per month plus minus 20% over the next five years.
