Jakarta - PT Berkah Beton Sadaya Tbk (BEBS) posted an increase in net profit in the first half of this year, by 210% to Rp40.10 billion compared to the same period last year, Rp12.93 billion.

"The increase in net profit for the current year was driven by an increase in operating income," said Berkah Beton President Director Sedaya Hasan Muldhani in a written statement on  Monday (23/8).

According to Hasan, net sales jumped about three times or from Rp64,480 billion to Rp182,548 billion.

"The increase in BEBS sales in 2021 is due to the company which has succeeded in increasing sales by Rp118.06 billion or 183.10%," he explained.

Meanwhile, BEBS' total assets until the first semester of 2021 reached Rp647.221 billion with a cash and cash equivalent position at the end of the period of Rp414.412 million.
